17               BE IT REMEMBERED that the TEXAS LOTTERY
18   COMMISSION held a Public Comment Hearing on Proposed
19   Administrative Rules on the 24TH of APRIL, 2006, at
20   11:00 a.m., before Brenda J. Wright, RPR, CSR in and
21   for the State of Texas, reported by machine shorthand,
22   at the Lottery Commission Headquarters, 611 East Sixth
23   Street, Austin, Texas, whereupon the following

 8   hearing to order.  For the record, my name is Sandra
 9   Joseph, Assistant General Counsel.
10                  The purpose of the hearing today is to
11   receive public comments on proposed Rule 16 TAC
12   Section 402.102 relating to the Bingo Advisory
13   Committee.  This rule was published in the Texas
14   Register on April 14th, 2006, for a 30-day comment
15   period.
16                  I see no one present in the room who
17   wishes to make comments; therefore, I will close the
18   hearing.  No comments will be received since no one
19   appeared to offer oral comments.  This hearing was
20   scheduled for 11:00 a.m. and it is now approximately
21   11:15.
