          4                 MS. JOSEPH:  All right.  Good morning.  My

          5   name is Sandra Joseph.  I'm Special Counsel for the

          6   Legal Services Division of the Lottery Commission.  With

          7   me is Bruce Miner, Taxpayer Services Manager.  We're

          8   here today to receive comments, public comments, on

          9   three proposed rulemaking actions.  Those include repeal

         10   of 16 TAC Section 402.703, books and records inspection;

         11   Section 402.704, tax review inspection; and Section

         12   402.715, compliance audit.

         13                 The purpose of the proposed repeals is to

         14   eliminate these provisions from the Charitable Bingo

         15   administrative rules as the reasons for them no longer

         16   exist.

         17                 This hearing was scheduled for 10 o'clock.

         18   It is now approximately 10:06, and I have received and

         19   seen no one in the room making an appearance to provide

         20   public comment.  Therefore, at this time, this hearing

         21   will be adjourned.
