         16                  BE IT REMEMBERED THAT on Wednesday,

         17   the 5th day of December 2012,  the  above-entitled  public

         18   comment hearing was held from 10:12 a.m.  to  10:13  a.m.,

          4                 MS. JOSEPH:  Good morning.  My name is

          5   Sandra Joseph, Special Counsel in the Legal Services

          6   Division, here this morning to receive public comments

          7   on three proposed rulemakings related to charitable

          8   bingo.  The first one is 16 TAC §402.450, request for

          9   waiver; second, §402.453, request for operating capital

         10   increase; and third, §402.503, bingo gift certificates.

         11                 These rule proposals have been published

         12   in the Texas Register on November 23, 2012.  Notice of

         13   public hearing for today was also included in the

         14   Register.  The hearing was scheduled for 10 o'clock.  At

         15   this time it is 10:12, and we have received no

         16   appearances of anyone wishing to offer comment.

         17                 With me, I will mention, is Bruce Miner,

         18   Acting Director of the Bingo Division.

         19                 Seeing no one wishing to offer comments,

         20   this hearing will be concluded at this time, 10:13.
