Texas Lottery - ADA Title II Information
Complaints by participants and beneficiaries of the programs, services, and activities of the Texas Lottery concerning compliance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are encouraged to be sent to the Texas Lottery ADA Title II Coordinator via the agency's Compliance Section using the Texas Lottery Complaint Form. Complaints against the Texas Lottery related to Title II of The Americans with Disabilities Act will follow the agency's ADA Grievance Procedure.
