Public Comment: The Executive Director requests comments on the proposed new rule from any interested person. Additional Public Comment Hearing: In addition to the January 8, 2014 public comment hearing on this proposal, the Commission will hold a second public comment hearing on Monday, January 27, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., at 611 E. 6th Street, Austin, Texas 78701.
Comments must be received no later than Monday, February 3, 2014, in order to be considered.
