Consistent with the Texas Lottery’s commitment to a fair and transparent Lottery Operator procurement process, the following procurement-related information is being made publicly available on the Texas Lottery website as of the date of the Lottery Operator Contract Award (December 14, 2010). Only information pertaining to matters of Lottery security, or claims by a Proposer that particular information is proprietary or constitutes trade secrets, have been redacted from these materials (and appear as blank spaces in the documents), as authorized by the Texas Public Information Act and State Lottery Act.
